Hello & welcome! I am a fully licensed psychotherapist assisting individuals and families who have challenges with anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma & PTSD, medical invalidation, life-transitions, under-controlled and over-controlled traits, women’s health, belongingness, and self-esteem. Given my various work-related experiences at 3 residential programs, a non-profit organization, and a private practice setting, it has truly been a privilege aiding diverse populations. Throughout my years of practice, my clients continue to prove that no one is too broken, hopeless, or unworthy of having a life that is worth living.
I utilize a blend of therapy techniques that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based therapy, in my daily practice. Through a collaborative approach, together we can find the right approach that is best for you.
No matter what prompts you to seek out therapy, you can expect to be welcomed with kindness, authenticity, empathy, and validation. Your resiliency and openness to be vulnerable is solely admirable. So please don't hesitate to reach out, as it would be my absolute honor to help you begin or continue flourishing in this life together.
