We can consider doing things differently by incorporating self-compassion, boundaries, and balancing your needs with environmental expectations. We practice slowing down enough to listen to our intuition.

I realize how difficult it to ask for help and to make efforts to try a new approach, especially when being a "human doing" is reinforced and encouraged in our society.
