What I find important is the many social systems and the individuals’ perspective of their involvement in their systems. I believe that human connection is an important aspect that contributes to mental, emotional and social wellness. My goal is to assist persons in reaching their personal healthy lifestyles. Groups
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Group
IOP follows an eight week curriculum, accommodating members struggling with both psychiatric and substance use disorders, addressing a variety of topics related to mental health, addiction, and maintaining a balanced life, all from a holistic perspective. The group curriculum draws on principles of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy to provide a theoretical foundation for group process, psychoeducation, and experiential work. The program also includes additional support through weekly individual sessions to process the group experience.

DBT Group
Group focuses on teaching clients how to manage moods and regulate emotions. We also use practical lessons, discussions, and exercises to help clients increase their effectiveness in interacting with the people around them. This weekly group accepts some insurance plans.
