My practice centers queer, neurodivergent adults experiencing complex trauma, maladaptive self image, dissociative concerns, spiritual and identity development, and mood disorders. I primarily help people address intersectional trauma related to family and close relationships, religious abuse, and neurodivergent, sexual, and gender identities. Trauma can intersect with other concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationships, and our bodies. Feeling stuck in our own mud, it's easy to lose control or hope. Utilizing EMDR, psychotheraputic yoga, and non-duality framework, I can help with processing trauma, gender and sexual identity development, unhealthy attachment patterns, anxiety, depression, anger management, religious abuse, OCD, body dissociation, and managing neurodivergent identities.
