My ideal clients are adolescents, teens and young adults who are struggling to feel heard and looking for a listening ear. I have extensive training in CBT, TFCBT, motivational interviewing, client centered and play therapy. In addition to these modalities, I utilize an eclectic approach to meet everyone's individual needs.
