I am a Therapist and Clinical Administrator at Everlasting Wellness LLC who has a passion for working with those struggling with disordered eating behaviors and body image issues. I also really enjoy working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I strive to provide a safe and accepting space where clients feel comfortable and supported in their growth. I also strive to help others empower themselves, through healing and strengthening their relationships with themselves and others.

I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with people struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, body image issues, addictions and more. I am trained in DBT and CBT and come from a Health at Every Size standpoint. I have experience working with all ages.

At some point, I believe that we all struggle with mental health, so I want you to know that your feelings are normal and valid. I hope that in therapy together we can work to rebuild your confidence, help you learn new coping skills and learn your boundaries in order for you to live a more fulfilling life.
