She has experience supporting those who may be struggling during major transitional periods, anger management, stress, anxiety, depression, educational issues, mood disorders, and emotional support. Michelle is trained and familiar with Perinatal Mental Health; working with both men and women. She holds certifications in Grief and Loss & Anger Management.
She views each client as an individual who presents with their own barriers and goals, appreciating that they will forge their own path using various tools that are right from them. She is happy to assist clients with empathy, direction, and support, as they take the lead working toward those goals.
