Ruin is the road to transformation. I believe experiences shape who we are and embarking on a different experience in a therapy setting can alter your experiences outside of the office. My ideal client is seeking being seen, their light and dark parts and held as worthy for all of them. They want growth and change. They are seeking to build self-compassion and understanding within themselves and for others. I have a passion for working with all individuals, couples and families. I am Gottman Method Level 2 trained, EMDR, TFCBT, TBRI, TCTSY (yoga), etc. I support the queer community unapologetically.
Being chosen to hold space for client's vulnerable parts is an honor to me. It is with gratitude and intention that I enter into therapy sessions. I use reflections and lots of outside resources to create a specific plan with clients in session. I am a guide and a support. I value incorporating mindfulness and holistic evidence-based practices.

IFS Parts Group
The group's purpose is to help you navigate the intricate landscape of trauma, anxiety, and depression through parts-mapping to recognize and nurture the different parts within you. By understanding and harmonizing these parts, you can bring forth your authentic, whole Self. As you develop a compassionate relationship with your internal parts, you'll find the strength to navigate life's challenges with resilience. Group will begin on February 26th! This is a closed group and registration is required. Contact me to sign up. We will accept 6 to 8 participants.
