Relationships are the cornerstone of life. Being able to have healthy, trusting relationships with ourselves, our partners, and families allows us to truly be who we were meant to be. I offer a safe and collaborative environment that will allow you to feel heard, understood, and empowered while working towards your goals. My approach will honor your unique lived experience and be focused on your needs. To honestly know yourself is to pursue a lifelong journey of self-exploration and walking alongside you in this process would be a privilege.
I have experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses. My areas of speciality include couples therapy, communication issues, and family conflict. My clinical expertise is enhanced by Gottman Method Couples Therapy and the ongoing research and training I'm engaged in as a faculty member at Antioch University.
Reaching out for help can be difficult and require a lot of bravery that I will honor as your therapist. In our work together, we will work at your pace and tap into your inherent strengths that may be hard to see at the moment. I offer in-person and online therapy services for those located in Texas outside of the Lubbock area.
