Specifically, I have experience helping folks with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, PTSD, setting interpersonal limits, and more.
I support clients to see a way out by offering a warm, collaborative relationship that acts as a healing container for you to find clarity that links your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I draw from mindfulness, EMDR, psychodynamics, IFS, and cognitive therapy. Years of personal meditation practice and my own emotional work also inform my approach.
