Through individual therapy, I will work with you to explore issues in your life that are limiting your ability to experience joy or reach your goals while guiding you towards recognizing and reconnecting with your whole self. Together, we can address what is going on in your life and your relationships so that you can find more peace, connectivity, and satisfaction.
I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and transitions that come with aging. I enjoy working with couples to improve communication, increase trust, make decisions about their relationship, address infidelity, or forge a deeper connection.
