From the outside it looks like you have it all figured out, but on the inside you’re feeling insecure and anxious. You’ve realized you want to make some changes and prioritize your mental health and I'm so happy you're here! You might also feel isolated or lost. If you have trauma from your family of origin or have lost loved ones you might be feeling especially alone. You are not alone. I work with lots of folks who are going through similar things. Isolation, depression, and anxiety are especially common even in those who look like they have it all together and I'm here to help you make it through.
I offer a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental approach and use relational neuroscience and attachment theories to guide my practice. I like to use parts language to help folks understand themselves better and to know that all parts are welcome and have been developed over our lives to serve a purpose.
If you think you might be a good fit or you would like to find out more about my approach to therapy, feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you and coming to a mutual decision on whether or not we would work well together! If I'm not a good fit, I'm happy to provide additional referrals.
