Hi :) What brings you here, today? Are you're feeling exhausted by life, and struggling to figure out what to do about that? Do you wonder "what else is there"? I see you. I enjoy working with clients who want the most out of life, who want loving, fulfilling relationships, balance, and joy. If this is something you want, you've come to the right place.

I conceptualize my clients from an attachment perspective. I use Interpersonal neurobiology, feminist theory, parts work, as well as techniques from Gottman and EFT. All that means is I believe that people are capable of change, are deeply relational and connected at heart, and that trauma impacts us but cannot define us. I see couples and individuals.
