My approach blends mindfulness-based practices with Brainspotting to support clients in navigating the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Utilizing mindfulness techniques, we’ll work to increase your awareness and presence in the moment, fostering greater self-compassion and resilience.
I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space where you can explore and process the parts of yourself no one else sees.
