Welcome. I offer compassionate therapy that helps you get unstuck from frustrating cycles, disentangle anxious thoughts, and get grounded in your body. I often work with writers, performers and artists who are struggling to balance their creative practice with their relationships and mental health. I also am experienced in supporting people navigating the transition to parenthood, especially in the context of difficult relationships with their bodies, or with their own parents. My practice is non-pathologizing, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and aligned with Health at Every Size.
My style is warm, curious and engaged. I believe in the healing power of having a safe space to talk with someone who can help you understand why things may be feeling the way they are feeling. I also get in there alongside you - helping you heal through the use of exploratory questions, mindfulness and somatic work, and the practice of new skills.
Therapy with me is a home base where you feel understood, cared for and invited into new and deeper ways of moving through your inner world. Please reach out with any questions, or to schedule a consultation. I love this work and look forward to connecting.

Groups
Restoration Zone: A Group For New Parents
This group offers a weekly check-in for new parents around themes of self care, identity and mental health. Additionally, we engage in mindfulness practice, including some gentle stretching, in order to come home to our bodies and find ease in the mind. The group is open to parents of all genders, and is intended for parents of newborns and babies. Part process, part practice and part meet-up, this group fosters connection with self and others, and eases the adjustment to parenthood. The group includes monthly free park meet-ups, and babies are welcome to all meetings.
