My approach is empathic and nonjudgmental. I have experience working with a diverse array of clients and situations. I offer individual and family therapy, and utilize a relational approach in my practice. I have extensive experience working with families in distress as well as with trauma. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Level 2.
I firmly stand for social justice and my practice is rooted in the values of anti-oppression. Areas of my interest and expertise include: exploring identity, concerns of immigrants/children of immigrants, issues related to intergenerational trauma, intersectional identities, divorce, relationship issues, trauma, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.
