My approach with each session is a warm, curious, and open attitude in the hopes that, ultimately, you arrive at a place of self-understanding and peace. I am direct but kind, and offer you alternative ways of viewing difficult situations in your life.
I am passionate about working with eating disorders and body image issues. By aligning with the principles of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, treatment can be sustainable and a bridge to "food freedom". I also have experience working with young adolescents and teenagers who need their own space to vent their frustrations and be themselves.
I am interested in working with clients who are looking to find more gentleness and ease in areas of their lives where there is great pressure. Clients who come to session wanting to be active and are open to change, find the most success with me. I truly love the work I do and I believe that shows in the relationship my clients and I build together.
