Welcome. I am interested in helping people figure out whatever it is they need to figure out; in getting unstuck from whatever they find themselves stuck in. I see adults, teens and couples and provide a unique therapy experience for every client, based on their individual needs. I work from a psychoanalytic/dynamic lens, and create an empathetic and supportive environment to help you see—and challenge—self-defeating patterns and beliefs, to find more satisfying ways to live and interact with others.
In addition to my private practice, I have experience in partial-hospitalization settings with people who have had to pause their lives due to their struggles. I work with a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, OCD, borderline and narcissistic states, addictions, and with people recovering from profound traumas.
