I work with young professional women navigating quarter-life concerns including anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level. I also have a special place in my heart for women with unresolved attachment trauma/relationship wounds from the past. In therapy, I’ll help you gain insight into how your past has impacted you and how we can move forward with intention. We’ll gain clarity around your values so we can work towards creating a meaningful and fulfilling life - whatever that looks like to you.
I view therapy as a collaborative relationship that fosters a safe space for healing and growth. I maintain a balance of being supportive while also challenging my clients to see things from a new perspective. My approach is humanistic & existential, which means I'll seek to understand the root cause behind your pain and suffering.

Women's Existential Process Group
This is a women’s process group for professionals navigating their quarter-life journey. This group has an emphasis on existential concerns, relationships/attachment work, and strengthening one’s sense of self. Group therapy is a unique opportunity to experience a deep sense of belonging with others who are navigating similar life circumstances. One of the main approaches used for this group will be existential-analysis, which focuses on themes of freedom, responsibility, and choice in order to live a more present and fulfilling life. I also pull from attachment theory, self-compassion, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
