Women's Existential Process Group

This is a women’s process group for professionals navigating their quarter-life journey. This group has an emphasis on existential concerns, relationships/attachment work, and strengthening one’s sense of self. Group therapy is a unique opportunity to experience a deep sense of belonging with others who are navigating similar life circumstances. One of the main approaches used for this group will be existential-analysis, which focuses on themes of freedom, responsibility, and choice in order to live a more present and fulfilling life. I also pull from attachment theory, self-compassion, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
