I have a weekday morning group for adults who want to improve their communication satisfaction and increase their ability to be emotionally intimate. Group therapy is an ideal "laboratory" and a sacred space in which you can have the dual benefit of my 39 years of clinical experience along with mutual sharing with people like you. For individuals and couples, I will listen to you, and once the problem is understood, we will utilize the most appropriate technique to enable you to achieve your goals. Please call me!
I am certified in EMDR along with much training and practice of several other techniques such as cognitive therapy, modern analysis, relaxation and mindfulness meditation. These methods can help you reduce anxiety and recover from any kind of traumatic or distressing experience. They can also help with addictive behaviors, fears and all kinds of losses.

Relationship Issues Group for Men and Women
This group is for anyone who wants to improve self-esteem, feels alone with certain intimate issues, or just needs a safe place to express authentic self.
