Grief Group (Skills and Processing) In Person
This group is open to adults who have experienced loss. It is an open process group with skills (prolonged grief therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness etc) incorporated as needed. It is a supportive environment to talk about grief and the ways it shows up and impacts daily life, while developing healthy coping skills and improving interpersonal relationships and sense of self after loss. Fridays 12-1pm in person, facilitated by Sasha Cabin, LCSW.

ADHD / Neurodivergence Group (in person & virtual)
TWO GROUPS OFFERED: Thursdays 11 AM - 12 noon (meets virtually) and Thursdays 5-6:15 PM (meets in person). This group is open to young adults and adults who are living with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity. This group is open to people who may not have a particular diagnosis but who struggle with executive functioning, motivation, procrastination, and feeling stuck in life. It is an open process group that helps people feel more understood, improve communication and interpersonal relationships, and develop skills and strategies to meet their goals. Facilitated by Caroline Schiff, LCSW.

TWO GROUPS OFFERED: Mondays 5:00-6:00 PM (meets virtually, facilitated by Sasha Cabin, LCSW) and Thursdays 6:30 - 7:45 PM (meets in person, facilitated by Caroline Schiff, LCSW). This group is open to young adult and adult women. It is an open process group with skills (CBT, DBT, mindfulness etc) incorporated as needed. It is a comfortable environment to talk about life stressors, relationships, anxiety, depression, and anything else on the mind while developing healthy coping skills and communication skills and improving interpersonal relationships.
