Hi! I am so glad you are here. Starting therapy takes courage, and it’s the first step in regaining control of your life and feeling better. Depression, anxiety and trauma can stop you from meeting your true potential. If you are finding yourself always meeting other people’s needs and then struggling to meet your own, or you are looking to develop healthier relationships with friends, family, romantic partners, or yourself, I’d be honored to help you get there. I am confident that together we can identify your goals and work towards developing meaningful insight and sustainable change.

I utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach to create a safe, supportive space that promotes growth, healing and overall wellness. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment theory and mindfulness practices to help you work towards your goals. I am also trained in EMDR and ear acupuncture.
