Do you struggle with loneliness, anxiety, self doubt, shame or anger when you try to say no. As a Master Counsellor and Supervisor I am here to invite every part of you to be present so you can live fully. My passion is to create a safe space for you to be heard and understood. You will experience the safety to process some of the roots of struggles in a non judgmental environment. I bring my years of experience with a successful practice and working through my own personal struggles with anxiety, grief, codependency and self esteem from a difficult past. I offer supervision to new and existing counsellors who want growth.

Working with individuals to identify and heal the deep roots that lead to broken relationships, loneliness, anger, shame, addiction, low self esteem is passion. I love to see clients progress and leave with hope, greater self awareness and self assurance and tools to use on their journey to wholeness.

As a Registered counselling supervisor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists I offer group and individual clinical supervision monthly for interns, supervisees or counsellors looking for supervision and accountability in their practice. I work with adults who may have struggled with anxiety, grief, or trauma that they have tried to manage but things still surface at times. During our initial session I will complete a psychosocial assessment which is like a helicopter view of your life. This helps both of us see patterns and traumatic events that have led to these symptoms. Together we develop a plan based on your goals.

I use an eclectic approach tailored to the client. Attachment and neurobiological has become another tool in my practice. Our body remembers every event from birth on and we often experience triggers based on these life events. Using somatic and neurobiological tools clients are able to uncover the things that trigger issues and learn ways to retrain the body to safety and peace.
