As a registered professional counsellor, I believe everyone has their own solutions to their problems and need a safe space to explore feelings and beliefs in order to come to a clearer understanding. I work with people who are frustrated with part of their life and have a strong willingness to try new things, get to know themselves better, and let go of patterns that no longer serve them. Working with someone who is confidential, compassionate and non-judgmental allows us the freedom to make long lasting change and regain a sense of empowerment in ourselves and our lives.
Working with individuals struggling with feelings of anxiety, loneliness, grief, shame, fear, anger, and hurt. These feelings are often overwhelming and uncomfortable to be alone with and it is essential we share them in order to heal. By shining a light on the underlying causes of our dilemmas we are able to uncover new possibilities.
