Supervision Group
The foundation of this supervision group is set on a competency-based framework. The members of this group receive guidance and support from a qualified supervisor and their peers, helping to reduce the risk of serious oversight. This group provides an opportunity to reflect on transference issues and gain insight from the perspectives of others. Group Supervision provides opportunities for counsellors to receive empathetic support, improve therapeutic skills, enhance knowledge, develop self-awareness and experience the facilitation of reflective practice. Each group member is encouraged to evaluate their own counselling practice and provide a support system to one another.

Supervisor Group
This group provides the opportunity to meet other professional supervisors, experience a competency-based supervision process and attain practical tools to enhance successful supervision practices. Attending the supervision group provides experiential learning opportunities that enhance and validate your supervision and private practice counselling skills and practices. Each participant is able to experience a professional approach to individual, dyadic and group supervision, which is essential to meeting industry standards and maintaining wellness practices in the field. Each participant will gain insights, wisdom and feedback from a supportive team of qualified supervisors using a variety of educational modules in their supervision sessions.
