Are you trying to get clear on who you are now, not who you used to be? I am interested in helping you change the story of yourself and seeing what else is possible for you. My approach is gentle and non-confrontational. I listen for what has not yet been said and I ask thought-provoking questions that help you explore your feelings, perceptions and your inner knowledge. I am interested in your narrative of who you are and what you want for yourself. My hope is for you to feel relief and to feel more connected to yourself and your loved ones.
Therapy can help you improve your relationships and better manage anxiety and depression. I specialize in supporting parents of neurodivergent children, LGBTQ+ late bloomers/questioning folks and clients practicing non-monogamy. I also have unique insight into working with healthcare professionals and managing chronic medical conditions.
I am trauma-informed and operate from an anti-oppressive/queer/feminist framework. If the prospect of starting therapy feels daunting, please know that by reading this far, you've already taken an important step. When you're ready to embark on this journey, it would be an honour to walk alongside you. Reach out to book a consultation call.
