As a relationally trained therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. People see me when they wish to see a change in their life and need support or skills to find their way forward. For many, healing might mean gaining a better understanding of past events in life that leave you feeling unwell. It’s also true that for many, healing means creating change that separates us from the past and leads us to a brighter future.
I have experience working with diverse folks in areas such as emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, infidelity, sexuality, intimacy, self-criticism, and trauma. My work pulls from several therapeutic models including Dialogic, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Emotion-Focused, Feminist, and Dialectic Behavioural Therapies.
