Over my years of practice I have found a focus on working with women and couples struggling with fertility, sex and intimacy, anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum mood disorders, and complex family structures. With a Masters in Social Work (MSW, RSW), and as a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C), I work to best support my clients in reconnecting with themselves, recognizing their gains, and processing and grieving their losses. Our focus is on the path ahead, while acknowledging where you came from.

As a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT II), I use strategies to manage your worries by helping you alter the way you think and behave. I am formally trained in Solution Focused Therapy and Trauma Informed Care; Along with accreditation from Postpartum Support International and the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Association.

My personal experiences led me to further my education and practice, to more capably support clients through the complex nature of fertility, relationships, and parenthood. I will develop a therapy program for you that is individualized and based on your presenting needs and struggles. I am here to support you through this time, you are not alone.
