Feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or lost? You’re not alone! I offer a compassionate and supportive space for individuals and couples to process challenging experiences, thoughts, emotions, and responses to uncover patterns, learnings, strengths, skills, and hope. Having done "the work" myself ensures that I can support you safely and effectively; helps me appreciate your vulnerability, effort, and progress; and equips me to share the best of the many approaches, tools, and strategies I've experienced.
I offer online psychotherapy to individual teens (16+) and adults, and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, dysregulation, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, justice-involvement, and relational issues. I also support burned-out individuals, and allies affected by the physical and/or mental health challenges of others.
I am a spouse, parent, teacher, and person of colour committed to anti-oppressive, feminist, and harm-reduction values. Your comfort with and trust in me as a therapist are essential, so I invite you to join me for a complimentary telephone or video consultation - view my availability and book at kimeiko.janeapp.com.
