Whether you want to transform the core of what's been troubling you throughout your life, a space to process what’s happened, support to adjust to or understand yourself, or to develop more coping tools, and learn to thrive – I would love to support you. For the last seven years, I have worked in hospital, community, agency, and school settings in different cultural contexts, providing therapy and assessment for mild to chronic, complex issues and concerns.
I specialize in providing a well-rounded, humanistic, down to earth, depth-oriented, scientific, and compassionate approach to getting to very the root of the matter. I can support you to work through wounds, to confront your pain, and to re-emerge into a more integrated, whole, and living self. I strive to integrate science and wisdom.
I believe in wellbeing through shared humanity, integrated with science. I am a deeply supportive, empathic, compassionate listener who understands that sometimes growth requires being challenged too. To find missing parts, grieve what is lost, mend what is broken, build skill, and reweave a vibrant, joyous you
