I help you identify where your feelings and thoughts have originated from, and how we can break the re-occurring cycle. I use psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy to help you break the patterns and incorporate cognitive behavioural and mindfulness therapy to help create the changes needed to maintain the new version of yourself.
I am a skilled clinician who has been providing individual counselling for over a decade in several settings, including hospitals, addiction treatment centres, and mental health organizations. I have worked with a diverse demographic, including teens, adults, and the elderly. I offer services through several modes including in-person, video and telephone.
