These are my areas of specialty, and I am here for you. I am a registered social worker, with over fifteen years of trauma focused experience supporting youth, adults and families. At Get There Therapy, we work collaboratively with our clients along their journey to healing using a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.
I provide EMDR, IFS informed, and Integrated Trauma and Attachment Treatment (ITATM). I also have formal training in CBT and fertility counselling as well as separation/divorce counselling completed in Toronto, Ont. with Dr. Barbara Fiddler. I integrate evidence-based approaches considering my client's needs.
Whether it's your first time seeking support or you're familiar with the therapeutic process, evidence shows that one of the main factors for success is the relationship between the client and therapist.
