My clients long for inner-peace and to feel joy inside, sometimes for the first time ever or in a very long time.
My preferred treatment method is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an innovative, evidence-based model of eye movement therapy. The outcome of this therapy is shifted perspective and refreshed outlook on life. These sessions require little to no verbal exchange. The results are amazing in a minimum of 3-5 sessions.
Show up as you are. No need to prepare for the work we will do together. Everybody has a story and their own set of unique needs. No two people are the same, but we are all Human. Feeling heard, seen, and acknowledged without judgment is what most of us truly crave.
