Life can be challenging to navigate at times and when anxiety or trauma is present it can seem nearly impossible to find your way along life’s journey. Finding a therapist to take that journey with can sometimes feel overwhelming as well and I would like to ease that process for you. As a counselor and fellow human, I operate from an authentic place where openness, honesty and compassion prevail. I will meet you exactly where you are at and we will move forward from there in a holistic fashion, treating the mind, body and spirit as a whole.

A mindfulness-based approach is commonly utilized in my practice. While trained in a variety of traditional talk therapy methods, I also use powerful modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Critical Memory Integration (CMI) which help to heal trauma both quickly and effectively, promoting post-traumatic growth.

I will always encourage you to look towards your strengths, to see what your purpose and meaning in life is.
