I mindfully blend the use of modern day counseling approaches with yoga & energy psychology. I integrate holistic aspects such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, restorative yoga, mantra, the chakra system, sound healing, crystals, tarot, and shadow work. I am your fellow traveler and guide; we are on this journey together.
