We are very excited to offer a Trauma-Conscious Yoga group at Soul Space Tucson! Join our therapist, Ginger, for this 5-week group beginning on January 17th from 6:00-7:00. There are only 8 spots available, so register now! Trauma-Conscious Yoga combines yoga & somatic therapy practice to promote healing from trauma. Key features of the Trauma-Conscious Yoga group are: Education around trauma, self-regulation tools, somatic practices, intentional breathing techniques, self-study & meditation, and yoga postures.

Postpartum Support Group - Virtual
Join us to build connections with other mothers in similar stages of life, receive emotional support and learn skills to support yourself and your child. Participants who may be experiencing heightened anxiety or symptoms of depression are welcome. As this is a postpartum support group, babies are welcome to join and nursing or feeding your child is welcome. This group is held virtually to support mothers and families who aren’t ready or able to afford childcare and to increase accessibility for parents navigating nap times.
