Postpartum Support Group - Virtual
Join us to build connections with other mothers in similar stages of life, receive emotional support and learn skills to support yourself and your child. Participants who may be experiencing heightened anxiety or symptoms of depression are welcome. As this is a postpartum support group, babies are welcome to join and nursing or feeding your child is welcome. This group is held virtually to support mothers and families who aren’t ready or able to afford childcare and to increase accessibility for parents navigating nap times.
