Penny Layne is accepting new adult clients for telehealth appointments only. She is client focused & trauma informed with a passion for assisting individuals in recognizing distorted thinking patterns & building self esteem. She is trained in attachment theory & family systems. Melissa has 30+ years of experience helping with stress, anxiety, relationship/intimacy issues, trauma, abuse, depression, life changes, grief/loss, eating disorders & career challenges

Linda’s practice is FULL. She does telehealth & in person appts for adults & children in our Monmouth office with a focus on neurofeedback. She uses EMDR, DBT & CBT. She also offers the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) & the Focus Program to help build regulation, moving a person out of anxiety & depression & into social engagement.

Colleen Webb is the Supervisor & Clinical Director at Path of Life Counseling. She sees clients of all ages & her practice is closed to new clients. Designed by Stephen Porges, the Safe & Sound Protocol works on the vagus nerve to move a person out of anxiety & depression & into social engagement. It can take as little as 5 hours for some adults to complete the program. Children may need more time. This group is especially helpful for those with a highly dysregulated nervous system & adults & children who have experienced trauma. The SSP program costs $25/month.

Call/email Linda 503-991-8319 rhopecounselemdrneurofeedback@gmail.com to sign up. Program lasts 1-60 weeks depending on needs. It can be integrated into homeschool or done at home. It includes physical activity using multi-modal input to help children & adults learn better regulation & social behaviors. Program helps with speech, language, attention, behavioral issues & neurological challenges. For children program requires parent involvement in 4- 30 minute sessions/week. There's 4 sections & clients are evaluated to determine starting point. Program supports connection & attachment between children & families. Insurance may cover cost, equipment will need to purchased or rented.
