I believe therapy is most effective when people feel safe, comfortable and at ease in a non-judgmental, neutral environment. It is here that people can safely process everyday stressors, difficult experiences past or present, symptoms of anxiety that may be showing up in their life, symptoms of depression, codependency, relationship and or family conflict, or struggling with changes happening around them. My hope is to help people feel seen, heard, and to feel empowered by offering a warm, compassionate and supportive space to my clients. You do not need to do any of this alone and I am so glad you are here!
I help my clients by providing trauma informed, evidence-based practice through interconnected approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based, self-compassion focused, and mindfulness modalities. My therapy style is eclectic in nature and specific to each individuals mental health needs and goals.
