We all face a time when life and the ever-moving, demanding parts of it exceed our typical ways of coping and we are unable to manage our lives healthily. I offer an engaged and collaborative relationship to better understand core problems and emotional conflicts that get in the way of having a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I find that my conversational, humanistic, and relaxed approach allows my clients to feel safe, look deeper, and work on the heart of the issue and how this influences presenting symptoms. I utilize individualized evidence-based practices to allow clients to “grow with the flow” in a way that is healthy and satisfying to them.
My hope is to guide clients toward optimal wellness by holding their inner experiences and providing insight development tools while encouraging the practice of healthy and adaptive coping skills.
