Welcome! Are you hoping to grow closer to loving yourself authentically? Seeking to learn how to work with your ADHD or Autism instead of against it? A parent eager to deepen the connection with your child through innovative child-parent relationship therapy, or looking to support them through play therapy? Part of a couple or polycule in need of relationship revitalization? I'm here to help! I support individuals, couples, families, and caregivers in navigating daily challenges in their relationships - with others, and themselves. So.. what brings you to counseling, and what are you hoping to achieve on your journey?
Hi! My name is Victoria, and I'm a neurodivergent (yes - I have ADHD!) Marriage and Family Therapist. Basically, that means I am fiercely passionate about my work and can relate to those experiencing executive functioning challenges. I use sand tray therapy, play therapy (CCPT and CPRT), relationship counseling (Gottman method), DBT skills, and more.
Starting therapy can be a big (and vulnerable) step toward positive change, and I'm here to support you through your ups and downs. Whatever your goals may be, we'll work together to create a personalized therapeutic treatment plan with concrete, achievable goals. As your therapist, my job is to help you reach them by implementing evidenced-based techniques.
