Every person has a story to tell and deserves to be heard. Together, we will build a relationship that allows us to work together to reach your goals. It takes courage to reach out and strive for personal growth. I am here to hold the lantern and walk with you as you navigate the most challenging times in your life. You are always the expert on your own life, but I can help you gain understanding and tools to make positive changes and grow. You are not alone in your journey.
I work from a variety of theoretical approaches, but I strive to use what works best for each client. I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I love working with many concerns, but I am especially passionate about working with clients with chronic illnesses, anxiety, and depression.
Everyone needs help sometimes. It takes bravery to take the first step toward getting that help. I consider myself to be a warm, empathetic person who believes that every person has worth. I would love to hear your story and help you on your journey.
