As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I blend EFT, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, Parts Work/IFS, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, Narrative, & Solution-Focused Therapy with a Humanistic approach. My personal lens is trauma-informed, compassionate, & animistic.
