Leadership is hard. Many leaders, entrepreneurs, and CEOs have had incredibly hard life circumstances, trauma, abuse, or lack of privilege and yet, they have a resilience that pushes them to strive for escaping their circumstances. This resilience and drive is a gift, but it is also a double-edged sword. Many leaders struggle with loneliness, isolation, perfectionism, stress, and people-pleasing. They often have competing demands and roles. They are so much for so many people. As a trauma specialist for a decade, I was surprised at how many of my clients were so driven while coping with really hard things or unhealed past wounds.

I have worked with teens, adults, and families who have experienced many kinds of trauma. I have a special interest in supporting entrepreneurs and leaders in managing their competing roles, mental health, and career journey. I have advanced training in trauma, family work, and couples to help my clients in all areas of their lives.

As an entrepreneur myself, I have a unique understanding of the challenges, rewards, and sacrifices it takes. I want to continue to support others in their journey. I believe the way for us all to have the best impact on our world is to create the places we want to live, work, and relax. I'm here to help you do it.
