Accepting New Virtual Clients Including Couples. Finding a counselor that fits your needs can be a challenge. That is why to me counseling is a personal journey and I take the time to listen. This work is deeply personal, and I am honored to have the privilege to share this journey and to be trusted with your stories. My goal is to ensure all clients feel seen, heard, and held. I help adult individuals and couples identify and tackle the negative cycles they often find themselves in. Some of my specialties include improving boundaries, relationships, life transitions, navigating conflict, and managing anxiety and depression.
As a person-centered therapist, I view clients through a “person-first” lens, assisting clients in identifying their inherent strengths and self-worth. My main therapeutic modality is Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am a fully certified Emotionally Focused Therapist. I am also trained in EMDR and utilize EMDR to help clients process specific traumas.
