My goal is to assist you in finding healthier coping skills, identify your own patterns, and to have a safe place to express your emotions without judgement. Whether you are looking to improve personal boundaries, process past trauma, manage anxiety/depression, develop communication skills, or just process life.
I specialize in working with intense trauma by utilize IFS, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I specialize in improving boundaries, communication skills, life-transition, and coping with anxiety and depression.
It’s therapy; it’s going to be difficult. It’s going to be uncomfortable at times, but stepping into that discomfort is the only way we grow. This is not a process you have to do alone. I am happy to bring my own sense of humor, fluency in sarcasm, and appreciation of what makes us human into the session to help create an environment of healing.
