I practice from a client-centered approach which values the therapeutic relationship, experiences across the lifespan, and the development of a self-narrative. I prioritize my client’s values and goals for themselves and help facilitate deeper insight, greater internal calm, and more balanced relationships with self and others.
I work with people at all points in life and have extensive experience in trauma, family of origin and relationship issues, foster care and adoption, attachment, parenting support, and life changes.
