I am an Anxiety specialist who works with adults needing help with their internal struggles. Living with anxiety can be paralyzing, and often prevent us from functioning in our daily life. I integrate several practices that help clients reduce anxiety. With the proper treatment, many of my clients are growing and thriving in many aspects of their life.
In addition, I often work with clients who face relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety/depression, postpartum depression/anxiety, family conflict, work issues, health issues, and trauma. I am also passionate about healthy living coaching where I guide clients and motivate them to make better decisions in nutrition and physical fitness.
