Leaving a religion is hard, and can be an isolating process. The people around you may not understand your choices, and you might be dealing with a lot of confusing feelings and thoughts. I help people navigate this process of leaving a religion and choosing a path forward that feels authentic to you. Together we'll explore the unhelpful beliefs that may be sticking around, and all the emotions that come with transitioning away from a religion - anxiety, anger, fear, relief, grief, joy, and sadness.
